Quick answers.
Do I need the app to have my card checked?
You don’t, and neither does the inspector. They scan the QR code with a normal phone camera and see immediately whether your card is valid.
What if I have no signal?
Your card works offline, even in a warehouse without reception.
How can I pay?
By bank transfer (your seat is reserved until payment arrives) or by company invoice with 14 days to pay.
Do I need an account?
Not to look around — all dates are public. To book and for your card you need an account: with email, Google or Apple.
How do I delete my account?
Directly in the app or by emailing us. All steps and what happens to your data are on the "Delete your account" page.
