Registration is free. You only pay for the training and instruction seats you buy.
Yes. Anything our office has set up for your company is visible from your first login. If you register with the email address we have on file, your account is linked to your company automatically once confirmed.
What you need to prove compliance: operator cards with validity, instructions with due dates, results of the training you paid for and the certificates. You do not see passport photos, individual exam answers or courses booked privately.
You can still manage them in the portal, have them trained and download their certificates as PDFs. Only the digital operator card and, later, the online instruction need the app.
After the on-site instruction, the record with its date is available as a PDF in the portal. Once online instruction is available in the app, its record will land there automatically too. The site-specific part, meaning your routes, operating instructions and the actual machine, you document yourself as before.
You can withdraw an assignment in the portal as long as the session has not started. The seat goes back into your quota and you give it to someone else.
